Gathering as a group to relax and receive an energetic clearing of our human filters/programs, such as fears, judgments, limiting beliefs, programmed beliefs and human conditioning. As we release these denser energies from the system we can also heal karmic and past life issues, as well as, family lineages. High frequency Light Grid energy downloads into the system raising the vibration of all of the cells. No preparation required except an open mind and heart. Bring a blanket, pillow and mat, if you have one.
Some of the benefits:
*letting go of ego structures, illusions of control, limited and negative thought forms
•Ability to speak your truth and connect through the heart
•Inner peace, calm and joy
•Releasing of genetic and past life programs that mask your true divine nature
•Works on the energetic fields in and around the body, also of the environment, changing frequencies of matter
•Brings soul fragments into the physical body in the here and now, bringing about a greater sense of wholeness and integration
•Reconnects you with your self-healing abilities
•Raises frequency of the cells of your body
•Clears old blockages, creating space for light to inhabit the body
•Clears fears, traumas, and heavy energies of depression and anxiety
•Re-coding of DNA to the frequency of Divine Light
•Opens new channels to Universal information, enhancing our abilities to download what we need when we need it.
•Increased Life force energy of the body
•Increased intuition and inner knowing
•Greater inner guidance on all aspects of life
•Clears heaviness from the Heart
L.I.G.H.T Light Integrated Grid Healing Therapy
Advanced Training with Lisa O’Brien, ERYT, CRM
4 Class series of training being offered at Halo Wellness Center
Pre-register by Janaury 1, 2020
The infinite Universes are all made up of systems. To simplify, as an example; the body system is made up of the digestive, reproductive, circulatory, lymphatic, etc. systems. Our body system is part of our family system which makes up the community system, which makes up all of our work systems, which makes up the world systems and so on. This is what makes up the energetic Universal grid. Everything affects everything.
We perceive the world of appearances because light has an opposite: the shadow. Between light and shadow we find judgments, concepts and convictions, conditioning, belief systems and much more which resonate on a cellular level. As we clear distortion from the cells and energy system we can feel more connected to that place of centeredness. That place of neutrality or zero point.
The 4 class Advanced series of “Light Integrated Grid Healing Therapy” is appropriate for those who want to use it for their personal development as issues of the participants are always worked on. The classes can support an intense opening of the personal light channel and intuitive access to universal knowledge.
Participants experience the role of the practitioner, as well as the role of the client. Information and techniques are offered. You will receive handouts, teachings and energetic clearings during each session.
Pre-requisite for this advanced course is a certification in the L.I.G.H.T. initial course.

Some testimonials of previous retreats:
What isn't there to say about this wonderful retreat? Amazing support, amazing sites, amazingly nourished mind, body and soul.
This was a solo trip I decided to go on as a treat for myself. It wound up being a bonding experience with 9 other people that changed my life and how I view the world, with whom I am still great friends with today. Now I'm aware that every trip will be different, but with the guidance from these two woman there will be more delight than you could have imagined.
Sedona is one of those lands that is wrapped in mystical and wonderment. From exploring the sites to visiting the less traveled path (trust me there's more of that than anything) your body will be thankful you went along.

Winter Solstice Ceremony & Drum Circle
Thursday, December 19, 2019
7:00 - 8:30pm
with Lisa at Halo Wellness Center
Donation of $20.00 suggested for Cedar Run Wildlife Refuge
The darkest day of the year comes when the sun reaches its lowest point over the equator. This is a natural time for reflection, and moving inwards into a sort of spiritual hibernation.
Common rituals of winter solstice include meditation, contemplation, and seeking silence. It’s a powerful time to slow down, focus inward and to let go of the old, outdated, and all that no longer serves.
The winter solstice is the perfect time for making plans, setting intentions, and really you can think of it as the cycle of life that’s right before the birth of a new project, event, or phase of life.
When you honor and observe the solstice, you are connecting not only with the sun and nature, but with ancient peoples who have performed these rituals over the centuries. Bring a drum, rattle or any form of sound. I have some extras that we can share.
